Overview

Paul at PW Joinery had started his bespoke joinery and staircase business trading from a mobile for 3 months. However, based on the calls he received, a lot of customers queried if he was genuinely local and felt that not having a local 01256 number was putting customers off using his business. Spending his time between his joinery yard and customers' homes meant he really wanted a virtual landline number that diverted calls to his mobile.

Much of Paul’s work involved heritage properties in villages around Hampshire. Often, there would be no mobile signal, so on occasion, James would miss valuable inbound enquiries. Running his business on his mobile, offered huge flexibility but could appear unprofessional taking calls whilst in a customers’ home.
